If you are driving from Forte dei Marmi, head northwest on Viale della Repubblica towards Via Roma. Continue straight for about 5 km until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Via Aurelia (SS1) and follow it for about 7 km. Take the exit towards Viareggio and merge onto Viale Europa. Continue straight until you reach Via Antonio Fratti. Turn left onto Via Antonio Fratti, and you will find your destination at number 304.
