Car
If you are driving to Bagno NIDO, head towards Via Giuseppe Barellai, 31 in Viareggio. From the A12 motorway, take the Viareggio exit. Follow the signs for the city center and then for the beach (lido). Once you reach the coast, turn onto Via Giuseppe Barellai. Bagno NIDO will be on your right. There is usually street parking available nearby, but be mindful of parking regulations as fees may apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Bagno NIDO by public transportation, take a train to Viareggio station. From the station, you can catch a local bus (Bus Line 1) towards the beach. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Puccini'. From there, it is a short walk to Via Giuseppe Barellai. Head east along the seafront until you reach Via Giuseppe Barellai, then turn left. Bagno NIDO will be on your right. Validate your bus ticket before boarding; a single ticket costs approximately €1.50.
Bicycle
If you enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike from various rental shops in Viareggio. Follow the coastal promenade heading towards the beach, then turn onto Via Giuseppe Barellai. Bagno NIDO will be on your right. This route is approximately 3 km from the train station and is very scenic along the coast.
Walking
If you are staying nearby, walking to Bagno NIDO can be a pleasant option. Start from the Viareggio train station, head towards the beach, and walk along the promenade. Continue straight until you reach Via Giuseppe Barellai. Turn left, and after a short walk, you will find Bagno NIDO on your right. This is a lovely way to enjoy the seaside atmosphere.
