If you are driving, ensure you have a GPS or a map app ready. Start from Montego Bay. Head south on the A1 highway towards Falmouth. Continue on the A1 for about 25 km. When you reach Falmouth, take the exit onto the A3 towards Friendship. Follow the A3 for approximately 15 km. After passing through Friendship, keep an eye out for signs for Barham. Turn onto Barham Road, and you will find Cabarita River Adventure & Mesopotamia Leisure Farm on your right. There is usually parking available on-site.

For public transportation, start by taking a route taxi from your location in Cornwall County to the nearest major bus station, such as the Montego Bay Transport Centre. From there, take a bus heading towards Falmouth. Once you reach Falmouth, you can take a route taxi that says 'Friendship' or 'Barham' on it. Inform the driver you are heading to Barham, and they will drop you off close to Cabarita River Adventure & Mesopotamia Leisure Farm. Be prepared to pay for the bus fare, which typically costs around JMD 150-300 depending on the distance, and for the route taxi, which might be around JMD 100-200.
