Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the nearest town, Morant Bay. From Morant Bay, take the A4 road heading east for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the junction for the B2 road. Turn left onto B2 and continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the entrance to the John Crow Mountains National Park. There is usually a small fee for entry, so be prepared to pay a nominal fee of around $500 JMD per person. Once inside the park, follow the signs directing you towards John Crow Peak. There are several trails leading to the peak, and the most popular one is the trail from the park entrance which is approximately a 3-hour hike. Ensure your vehicle is parked in designated areas and secure.
