If you are in New Kingston, start by heading south on Knutsford Boulevard. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Trafalgar Road. This is approximately a 10-minute walk. From the intersection, turn left onto Trafalgar Road and continue straight. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will cross a small bridge. Continue walking straight for another 5 minutes until you reach the entrance to Marcus Garvey's Shrine, which is located at X6J6+JQ8, Kingston.

Locate a bus stop on Knutsford Boulevard or Trafalgar Road. Look for buses marked for 'Portmore' or 'Half Way Tree.' Board the bus (one-way fare is typically around JMD 100). Ask the driver to let you off at the stop closest to the intersection of Trafalgar Road and the road leading to the Shrine. After getting off, walk south on Trafalgar Road, and in about 5-10 minutes, you will arrive at Marcus Garvey's Shrine.
