Car
From Martha Brae River Valley, head southwest on the A1 highway towards Black River. Continue for about 22 kilometers until you reach the junction at Middle Quarters. Turn left onto the B8 road and follow the signs for YS Falls. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will arrive at YS Falls. There is a parking area available on-site for visitors.
Public Transportation
If you are traveling by public transportation, you can catch a minibus or taxi from Martha Brae River Valley heading towards Black River. Ask the driver to drop you off at the junction for Middle Quarters. From there, you will need to take another taxi or an arranged shuttle service to YS Falls, which is approximately 5 kilometers away. Be sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey; the cost for the taxi should be around JMD 1000-1500.
Walking (if nearby)
If you are staying close to YS Falls and prefer to walk, make sure to follow the signs along the B8 road from Middle Quarters. It is a scenic route, but be prepared for the approximately 5-kilometer distance and ensure you have adequate footwear and water.
