From the Montego Bay Hip Strip (Gloucester Avenue), walk southwest towards the roundabout. Turn left onto Kent Avenue and continue for approximately 15-20 minutes. Look for signs pointing towards Dead End Beach, located past the Royal Decameron Resort. A small path leads to the beach.
Public Transport
From the Montego Bay Transportation Center, take a local bus heading towards the Hip Strip. Get off at the nearest stop and walk southwest towards the roundabout. Follow the walking directions on Kent Avenue. Bus fare is approximately $100-200 Jamaican dollars.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available near hotels and tourist spots. Inform the driver you want to go to Dead End Beach on Kent Avenue, near the Royal Decameron Resort. Agree on a fare before getting in. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. A short taxi ride will likely cost between $500-800 Jamaican dollars.
