From central Ocho Rios (near the cruise ship port or the main bus station), look for a public minibus heading towards Cascade. Buses will often have signs in the front window indicating their destination. Board the bus and confirm with the driver that they are going to Cascade. The fare is usually around 100 JMD. The journey will take roughly 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Cascade, disembark at the bus stop. Eden Bliss is located on Cascade Rd; you may need to ask locals for specific directions from the bus stop.

From any location in Ocho Rios, you can hire a taxi to Eden Bliss. Ensure to agree on a fare before starting the journey. The approximate cost should range from 700 to 1000 JMD, depending on your starting point. Ask the driver to take you to Cascade Rd in Cascade. The drive will take about 15-20 minutes, but be aware of traffic conditions.

If you are staying near the outskirts of Ocho Rios, you can opt to walk to Eden Bliss. From the center of Ocho Rios, head west towards the main road, and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Cascade Rd. Turn right onto Cascade Rd and follow it for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass a few local shops and greenery along the way. Eden Bliss will be on your left side as you approach the end of Cascade Rd.
