Walking
Starting from the center of Ocho Rios, walk towards the main road (Main Street). Head east along Main Street until you reach the intersection with the A3 highway. Cross the street to reach the A3 highway and continue walking in the direction of St. Ann's Bay. After approximately 15 minutes, watch for the sign for Thatch Hill Road on your left. Turn onto Thatch Hill Road and continue walking for about 10 minutes until you see signs for Island Gully Falls. The entrance will be on your right.

From your location in Ocho Rios, you can hire a taxi to take you directly to Island Gully Falls. Ask the driver to take you to Thatch Hill Road in Lodge. The drive typically takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure you confirm the fare before getting in the taxi. The entrance to Island Gully Falls will be on your right after you turn onto Thatch Hill Road.

Locate the bus stop on Main Street in Ocho Rios. Take a bus heading towards St. Ann's Bay. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Thatch Hill Road. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you get off, walk along Thatch Hill Road for about 5-10 minutes, and you will find the entrance to Island Gully Falls on your right.
