The lighthouse is about a 30-40 minute walk from the town center and is visible from a distance. This route offers beautiful views of the coastline.

    To reach Folly Lighthouse via public transport, take a local taxi (route taxi) from Port Antonio towards Long Bay or Boston Bay. The taxi stand is near the main market. Inform the driver you wish to stop at Folly Lighthouse. The fare is around JMD 200-300 per person. The driver will drop you off close to the lighthouse, requiring a short walk.

    If driving from Port Antonio's center, head east on Harbour Street, then turn left onto William Street. Follow the road as it curves around the coast. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs for Folly Lighthouse. Limited parking is available near the lighthouse. Be prepared to park along the road if needed.
