Car
If you are driving from Port Maria, start by heading south on Main Street (A3) towards Annotto Bay. Continue on A3 for approximately 10 kilometers. You will see signs for Castleton Botanical Gardens. Turn left into the entrance of the gardens. There is parking available on-site. Note that there may be a small entrance fee for visitors.
Public Transportation
To reach Castleton Botanical Gardens via public transport, start at the Port Maria Bus Terminal. Look for a minibus heading towards Annotto Bay. Confirm with the driver that they will pass by Castleton. The journey takes about 30 minutes, and the fare is usually around 150 JMD. Once you reach the stop near Castleton, disembark and walk towards the entrance of the gardens. The entrance is clearly marked, and there may be a small fee to enter.
