If you are driving from central Port Maria, start by heading west on Main Street. Continue on Main Street until you reach the intersection with the A3 highway. Turn left onto the A3 highway towards Ocho Rios. After approximately 5 km, keep an eye out for the turn-off for Oracabessa. Take this exit and follow the signs to Oracabessa. Once in Oracabessa, look for the C325 road, which will lead you to Sewellness Park located at C325+XG7. The park is situated just off this road. Parking is generally available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Sewellness Park using public transportation, you can take a local bus or taxi from Port Maria to Oracabessa. Look for buses heading towards Ocho Rios or specifically to Oracabessa, which are common in the area. The fare is usually very affordable (around JMD 200-300). Ask the bus driver to drop you off at Oracabessa, and from there, you can either walk or take a taxi to C325+XG7. The distance from Oracabessa to the park is approximately 1-2 km, which should take about 20-30 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride.
