Getting there

Public Transportation

To reach Folly Lighthouse via public transport from Port Antonio, take a route taxi towards Long Bay. Look for taxis marked 'Long Bay' on the windshield. The fare is approximately JMD 200-300 per person. Inform the driver to stop at Folly Lighthouse; from the drop-off point, a short walk of about 500 meters northeast along the coastal road will lead you to the lighthouse.

Walking

If you are already in Port Antonio, you can walk to Folly Lighthouse. Head towards the waterfront and follow the coastal road. The walk takes about 30-40 minutes and offers scenic views of the coastline.

Car

When driving from the center of Port Antonio, head east on Harbour Street. Continue to the intersection with William Street and turn left. Follow William Street as it curves along the coast. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs for Folly Lighthouse. Park in the designated area near the lighthouse.
