Getting There

    From anywhere in Portmore, walk to the nearest bus stop that services the route to Kingston. Look for a bus labeled 'Kingston' or 'Half Way Tree'. The fare is usually around JMD 150-200. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you are going to Hope Road in Kingston. The bus will take you through Portmore and into Kingston, passing several landmarks along the way. Stay on the bus until you reach the intersection of Hope Road and your chosen landmark (e.g., the National Gallery or Emancipation Park). Once you arrive at the intersection, disembark and walk along Hope Road towards the address 36 Hope Rd. FANATIC will be on your left.

    Find a route taxi that is headed to Kingston. These taxis are usually marked with a red stripe and can be found at designated taxi stands in Portmore. Once you enter the taxi, confirm with the driver that they will pass by Hope Road. The fare varies depending on your starting point but is generally around JMD 200-300. The driver will drop you off at a convenient location near Hope Road. From there, walk along Hope Road towards 36 Hope Rd, which is the location of FANATIC. It should be on your left after a short walk.

Once you reach the bus stop or route taxi stand, follow the previous instructions for taking either a bus or a route taxi to Hope Road. Walking directly to Kingston is not recommended due to the distance and road conditions; however, if you are adventurous, you can walk along the main road towards Kingston, then navigate to Hope Road once you are closer.
