From your current location in Runaway Bay, head east towards the main road (A1). Once you reach the A1, turn left and walk towards the direction of Ocho Rios. You will pass by several local shops and small eateries along the way. Continue walking along the A1 for about 4 kilometers (approximately 50 minutes). You will see signs for Ocho Rios. As you approach Ocho Rios, keep an eye out for the entrance to Konoko Falls, which will be on your right. The exact address is 9VWV+QQ8, Ocho Rios.

To reach Konoko Falls by bus, walk to the nearest bus stop along the A1 road in Runaway Bay. Look for a bus heading towards Ocho Rios (these are usually marked with 'Ocho Rios' on the front). The bus ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the stop closest to Konoko Falls. Once you get off, walk back a short distance (about 5-10 minutes) towards the entrance of Konoko Falls, which is located at 9VWV+QQ8, Ocho Rios.
