Car
If you are driving from central Aomori, head south on Route 4. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection at Shinmachi. Turn right onto Shinmachi Street. Aomori Ekimae Park is located at 1 Chome-2-15 Shinmachi, just off the main road. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that some lots may charge a fee, typically around ¥300-¥500 for a few hours.
Public Transportation - Bus
For public transportation, take a bus from Aomori Station. Look for buses heading towards Shinmachi or Aomori City Hall. The fare is approximately ¥210. Get off at the Shinmachi bus stop, which is just a short walk from the park. After disembarking, head south on Shinmachi Street for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Aomori Ekimae Park.
Public Transportation - Train
If you are further away and wish to take the train, use the JR Ou Main Line to get to Aomori Station. From Aomori Station, you can either walk to the park, which takes about 15 minutes, or take a bus as detailed above. The train fare will vary depending on your starting location but expect to pay at least ¥500 from nearby stations.
