Car
If you are driving from Aomori city, take Route 7 heading north. Continue on Route 7 for about 30 kilometers until you reach Tsuruta. Once in Tsuruta, follow the signs for Osawa Mawarizeki. Turn left onto the local road that leads towards the bridge. You will see signage indicating the Tsuru no Maihashi Bridge as you approach. There is parking available nearby.

From Aomori Station, take the JR Ou Line train towards Hachinohe. Get off at Tsuruta Station (approximately 30 minutes ride). Once you arrive at Tsuruta Station, you can take a local bus towards Osawa Mawarizeki. The bus will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the bus stop closest to the Tsuru no Maihashi Bridge. Follow the signs to the bridge from the bus stop, which should be a short walk away.
