Turn right onto Bizancho Road and follow the signs for the Bizan Ropeway Observatory. The parking area will be on your left before you reach the cable car station. Be aware of any tolls on this route.

    To reach the Bizan Ropeway Observatory by public transport, first locate the Awa Train Station. From there, take the local bus towards Tokushima Station. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Tokushima Station, transfer to the bus that goes to the Bizan Ropeway. This bus will take you directly to the base of the ropeway in about 15 minutes. The observatory is a short walk from the ropeway station.
