    Car

    If you are driving, start from the center of Awa city. Head east on Route 192 for approximately 30 kilometers. Follow the signs for Iya Valley. You will pass through beautiful mountainous scenery. Once you reach Nishiiyayamamura, turn left onto Route 45, and continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach Iya Valley. Look for parking areas as you approach.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Iya Valley by public transportation, start at Awa-Ikeda Station. Take the Tokushima Line train towards Tokushima and get off at Tokushima Station. From there, transfer to the bus heading towards Iya Valley. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Get off at the Iya Valley stop. From the bus stop, you can walk for about 15 minutes to reach the main attractions of the valley.
