Naruto Park is a sprawling parkland in Naruto, Tokushima Prefecture, famed for its panoramic views of the Naruto Strait and the mesmerizing Naruto whirlpools. These whirlpools are a natural phenomenon created by the meeting of the Seto Inland Sea and the Pacific Ocean in the narrow Naruto Strait. The Senjojiki Observatory is known to provide the best views of the swirling waters.
