    If you're driving from Awaji Island to Kobe Ōji Zoo, take the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge (Route 28) towards Kobe. Once you cross the bridge, follow the signs for Route 2 towards Kobe. Continue on Route 2 until you reach the interchange for Route 31. Take the exit toward Kobe/Nada, then continue on Route 31. After approximately 10 minutes, follow the signs for Kobe Ōji Zoo (3 Chome-1 Ojicho, Nada Ward, Kobe). The zoo has its own parking, but be aware that there may be a small fee for parking, typically around ¥500.

    To reach Kobe Ōji Zoo via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Awaji Island to Sannomiya Station in Kobe. The bus ride will take approximately 40-50 minutes. Once at Sannomiya Station, transfer to the JR Kobe Line and take a train towards Nishinomiya. Get off at the next stop, which is JR Oji Station. From JR Oji Station, the zoo is about a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs for Kobe Ōji Zoo, or use a map application for assistance. The total cost for the bus and train ride should be around ¥1,500.
