If you're driving, head towards Shinjuku City. From the center of Bingo, take the Chuo Expressway and follow the signs for Shinjuku. Once you arrive in Shinjuku, look for the signs to Kasumigaokamachi. Park in one of the nearby parking lots, as street parking may be limited. The entrance to Meiji Jingu Gaien is located at 1-1 Kasumigaokamachi, and you can easily walk to the park from the parking facilities.

Public Transportation
To reach Meiji Jingu Gaien using public transportation, first, make your way to Bingo Station. From there, take the JR Chuo Line or the JR Sobu Line towards Tokyo. Get off at Shinjuku Station, which is a major hub. From Shinjuku Station, take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and get off at the Akasaka-Mitsuke Station.
