From Tokyo Station, take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) towards Takao. Get off at Shinjuku Station (approximately 14 minutes). Once at Shinjuku Station, follow the signs to the South Exit. After exiting, walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Yasukuni Dori. Turn left onto Yasukuni Dori, and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach the Japan National Stadium, located at 10-1 Kasumigaokamachi, Shinjuku City.

From Shibuya Station, take the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line towards Asakusa. Get off at Omotesando Station (3 stops). From Omotesando Station, transfer to the Chiyoda Line and take the train towards Yoyogi Uehara. Get off at Yoyogi Koen Station (1 stop). Exit the station and head southeast for about 10 minutes towards the Japan National Stadium, which is located at 10-1 Kasumigaokamachi, Shinjuku City.

From Shinjuku Station, take the Toei Bus No. 98 (bound for Shinjuku Gyoen) from the bus stop outside the South Exit. Ride for approximately 10 minutes and get off at the 'Kasumigaoka Kousha' stop.
