Continue straight, and you'll see Okayama Castle and Ujo Park on the other side of the Asahi River. Cross the bridge to enter the park. No costs are associated with this approach.

    From JR Okayama Station, take the Okayama Electric Tramway (Higashiyama Line) to 'Shiroshita' stop, which is about 5 minutes. From Shiroshita, it's a 10-minute walk to Ujo Park. The tram fare is 120 yen. Alternatively, take the Okayama Electric Railway bus to 'Kencho-mae' bus stop. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to the park. The bus fare is approximately 100-200 yen.
