Car
If you're driving, head south on Route 41 from any central location in Etchu. Follow the signs towards Toyama City. After approximately 20 minutes, keep an eye out for the signs for Sengokumachi. Once you reach Sengokumachi, turn left onto 1 Chome and the Shusui Museum of Art will be on your right at 1 Chome-3-6 Sengokumachi, Toyama, 930-0066.

Public Transportation
Take the Toyama Chihou Railway from Etchu Station heading towards Toyama Station. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Toyama Station, exit the station and look for the bus terminal. Board Bus 40 heading towards Sengokumachi. After about 10 minutes, get off at the Sengokumachi stop. From there, walk east on 1 Chome for a few minutes, and you will find the Shusui Museum of Art at 1 Chome-3-6 Sengokumachi.
