If you're driving from central Etchu, head south on Route 1 (National Route 1) towards Toyohashi. Continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you see the signs for Toyohashi Park. Follow the signs and turn onto Imahashicho. The park entrance will be on your left. There is free parking available near the park.

For those using public transportation, take the Tokaido Line from Etchu Station towards Toyohashi Station. The train ride takes about 20 minutes.
