Follow Route 8 north for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the interchange for the Hokuriku Expressway. Take the expressway and continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the Shinjuku exit. From the exit, follow the signs to Shinjuku City. Once in Shinjuku, navigate to Yotsuya by following local signs or using a GPS device. Wakaba East Park is located at Yotsuya 1 Chome−12−11, which is easily accessible with parking available nearby.
