If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Etchu and head towards Route 8. Follow Route 8 north for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the interchange for the Hokuriku Expressway. Take the expressway and continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the Shinjuku exit. From the exit, follow the signs to Shinjuku City. Once in Shinjuku, navigate to Yotsuya by following local signs or using a GPS device. Wakaba East Park is located at Yotsuya 1 Chome−12−11, which is easily accessible with parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from the nearest station in Etchu (Etchu is served by various local lines). You will need to transfer at least once, likely at a larger hub such as Toyama or Kanazawa. Take the JR Hokuriku Shinkansen toward Tokyo. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Chuo Line and take the train toward Takao. Get off at Yotsuya Station. From Yotsuya Station, it's a 10-minute walk to Wakaba East Park. Exit the station and head southwest on Yotsuya-dori Avenue, then turn left onto the road leading to the park.
