Subway
From Fukuoka Station, take the Kuko Line (Airport Line) towards Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin). Get off at the last stop, which is Nakasu-Kawabata Station. Transfer to the Hakozaki Line and take a train towards Hakozaki-Kyūjō. Get off at the next stop, which is Hakata Station. From Hakata Station, exit using the Chikushi Exit and walk to the nearby bus stop.
Bus
At Hakata Station, board the Nishitetsu Bus No. 54 or 61 towards Katsuma. The bus ride should take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Stay on the bus until you reach the Katsuma bus stop. From there, it's a short walk to Katsuma Beach; just follow the signs leading to the beach.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Hakata Station directly to Katsuma Beach. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Simply tell the driver 'Katsuma Beach' or show them the address: Katsuma, Higashi Ward, Fukuoka, 811-0325.
