If you're starting from Hakata Station, take the Kuko Line (Airport Line) towards Nishi-Fukuoka. Get off at Tsubokawa Station (about 3 stops). Once you exit the station, head south towards Gokushomachi. To reach Tochoji Temple, walk for about 10-15 minutes. You will go straight down Tsubokawa Dori, then take a right on Gokushomachi Street. The temple will be on your left at 2-4 Gokushomachi.

From Tenjin, you can catch the Nishitetsu Bus #100 or #200 at the Tenjin Bus Center. Ride for about 10-15 minutes and get off at Gokushomachi. From the bus stop, walk a short distance south on Gokushomachi Street. Tochoji Temple will be located at 2-4 Gokushomachi on your right.
