    To reach Hakata Port Tower via public transport from Hakata Station, take the subway to Nakasukawabata Station. From there, it's approximately a 22-minute walk to the tower. The subway ride costs ¥200-¥230. Alternatively, take the Nishitetsu bus bound for Hakata Futo (no. 90) from Tenjin, or no. 99 from Hakata Station (Hakata-eki bus center bldg. bus stop E) and get off at the final stop. Bus fares within Fukuoka city start from ¥100.
