Transfer to the JR Tokaido Line towards Atami, and disembark at Izu-Kogen Station. From there, take the Izu Hakone Railway bus towards Kawazu, a ride of approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Kawazu-no-taki bus stop, from which it is a 10-minute walk to the waterfall. Bus fares are around ¥680.
