Car
If you are traveling by car, start from central Harima and take Route 250 towards Kobe. After approximately 30 minutes, merge onto the Sanyo Expressway (E2) and continue for about 15 km. Take the exit towards 'Kobe-Higashi' and follow the signs to Hyogo Ward. Once you reach the area, navigate to Kitasakasegawacho 1-39. There is limited parking available near the Hyogo Big Buddha, so be sure to arrive early or check for available spaces.

From Harima, take the JR San'yō Line train from Harima Station towards Kobe. This journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at Hyogo Station. From Hyogo Station, transfer to a local bus (bus number 2 or 3) heading towards Kitasakasegawacho. The bus ride will take around 10 minutes, and you will need to get off at the stop nearest to 'Hyogo Big Buddha'. Keep in mind that bus fares typically range from 210 to 250 yen.
