If you are driving, start from Himeji Station. Head southeast on Himeji Ohashi Road (Route 2) for about 15 minutes. Take the exit towards Koderacho and follow the signs for Koderacho Nakanino. The Japan Toy Museum will be on your right at 671-3 Koderacho Nakanino, Himeji, Hyogo 679-2143. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
From Himeji Station, take the Sanyo Electric Railway to Himeji Castle Station. Once you arrive, transfer to the bus number 16 heading towards Koderacho. Get off at the Koderacho Nakanino stop. The Japan Toy Museum is a short walk from the bus stop, located at 671-3 Koderacho Nakanino, Himeji, Hyogo 679-2143. Follow the signs, and you will see the museum in approximately 5 minutes.
