Car
If you are driving from Harima, start by heading east on Route 2. Follow the signs for Kobe and merge onto the Sanyo Expressway (E2) towards Kobe. Take the exit for Kobe East (Kobe Higashi IC) and continue on Route 16. Follow signs for the Kobe Municipal Arboretum, which is located at 〒651-1102 Hyogo, Kobe, Kita Ward, Yamadacho Kamitanigami, 字長尾1-2. There is parking available at the arboretum, which may incur a small fee.
Train and Bus
From Harima, take the JR Sanyo Line from Harima Station to Shin-Kobe Station. At Shin-Kobe Station, transfer to the Kobe City Bus. Take the bus heading towards the Kobe Municipal Arboretum.
