Car
From central Harima, head west on Route 372. Continue straight for about 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 2. Turn right onto Route 2 and continue for approximately 5 kilometers. Take the exit toward Honmachi and follow the signs to Shirotopia Memorial Park. The park will be on your left at 68 Honmachi, Himeji, Hyogo 670-0012. There is parking available at the park, but please note that parking fees may apply.
Public Transportation
From Harima Station, take the JR San'in Line bound for Himeji. The train ride will take around 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Himeji Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal located outside. Take bus number 6 or 8 toward Himeji Castle and get off at the Shirotopia Memorial Park bus stop. The park is a short walk from the bus stop, making it easily accessible. Ensure you check the bus schedules as they may vary throughout the day.
