Car
If you are driving, start from central Harima and head towards Route 2. Follow Route 2 until you reach the Suma Ward area in Kobe. You will want to take the exit for Ichinotanicho and follow the signs for Sumaura-Yuen Amusement Park. The park's address is 5 Chome-3-2 Ichinotanicho, Suma Ward, Kobe, Hyogo 654-0076. Parking is available on-site, but there may be a parking fee of around 500 yen.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train from Harima Station to Sannomiya Station in Kobe. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Sannomiya Station, transfer to the Kobe City Bus. You will want to take Bus Number 70 towards Sumaura-Yuen. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Sumaura-Yuen' bus stop, which is right near the entrance of the amusement park. Note that the bus fare from Sannomiya to Sumaura-Yuen is around 230 yen.
Combination of Train and Walking
Alternatively, you can take a train from Harima Station to Suma Station. This takes about 25 minutes. From Suma Station, it’s roughly a 30-minute walk to Sumaura-Yuen Amusement Park. Just follow the signs towards Sumaura Park, which will lead you directly to the entrance. This option is free, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes for the walk!
