Wonderful, informative tour of Himeji Castle with friendly and knowledgable guide!

We had a wonderful tour of Himeji Castle with Chiyuki! She met us at the train station, arranged private transportation to the castle, so we were able to see the town. She was friendly, knowledgable, and patient with my mother, who has difficulty with stairs and uneven ground. I really learned so much about the history of the castle, and the thought and meaning that went into the architecture, design, decorations, etc. The views from the top level of the castle were amazing! She was also curious about where we lived, it's always fun to see your own culture/city through someone else's eyes. At the end, she dropped us off at the train station and helped us with deciding what to eat for lunch. I would highly recommend Chiyuki and a visit to Himeji Castle!
