After exiting, follow the local road signs directing you to Wakamatsu Park. The park's address is 6 Chome Wakamatsucho, Nagata Ward, Kobe, Hyogo 653-0038. There is parking available at the park, but note that there may be a parking fee depending on the time of day and duration of your stay.
