If you're driving, start from the center of Hitachi City and head south on Route 6 towards Tokyo. Continue on Route 6 for about 80 km, following signs for Ueno/Tokyo. Once you reach central Tokyo, keep an eye out for signs leading to Chiyoda City. Upon approaching the area, look for Uchikanda on your GPS or map. Once you reach Uchikanda, navigate to 1 Chome-3 Uchikanda. The Kanda Bridge is nearby.
Train
To reach Kanda Bridge via public transportation, start at Hitachi Station. Take the JR Joban Line heading toward Ueno. After approximately 1 hour, transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line heading toward Asakusa. Get off at Kanda Station. Once you exit the station, head east on Chuo-dori Avenue. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach 1 Chome-3 Uchikanda. The Kanda Bridge will be visible nearby.
Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, start at Hitachi Station and take the Hitachi Bus bound for Mito. Get off at Mito Station and transfer to a bus heading to Tokyo. Once you arrive in central Tokyo, transfer to a local bus that stops at Uchikanda. Disembark at the stop closest to 1 Chome-3 Uchikanda. From there, you can easily walk to the Kanda Bridge, which is just a few minutes away.
