If you're driving, take Route 35 from Nagasaki City. Follow signs to Sasebo. Once you arrive in Sasebo, take the exit for Hario Higashimachi. Continue straight until you reach 2678 Hario Higashimachi, where Saikaibashi Park is located. There is parking available near the park entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Saikaibashi Park using public transportation, start at Nagasaki Station. Take the JR Sasebo Line train towards Sasebo Station. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Sasebo Station, transfer to the Nishi-Kyushu Railway and take the train towards Hario Station. Get off at Hario Station, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the park. Follow Hario Higashimachi road until you reach 2678 Hario Higashimachi. The park will be on your right.
