If you are driving from anywhere in Iki, head towards the Iki Bridge and take Route 382. Continue on Route 382 until it merges with Route 204. Once you arrive at the mainland, continue driving towards Matsumoto City via Route 19. Follow the signs to Matsumoto Castle Park located at Marunouchi, 1-1, Matsumoto, Nagano, which should take about 2 hours and 30 minutes from the ferry terminal.
