If you are driving from anywhere in Iki, head towards the Iki Bridge and take Route 382. Continue on Route 382 until it merges with Route 204. Follow Route 204 to the ferry terminal at Wakamatsu Port (about 30 minutes). Take a ferry to the mainland, which takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the mainland, continue driving towards Matsumoto City via Route 19. Follow the signs to Matsumoto Castle Park located at Marunouchi, 1-1, Matsumoto, Nagano, which should take about 2 hours and 30 minutes from the ferry terminal.

From Iki, take a bus to Wakamatsu Port (about 20 minutes). After arriving at Wakamatsu Port, board the ferry to the mainland (approximately 40 minutes).
