Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, start by heading southeast on Route 382 from central Iki. Follow the signs for Katsumotocho. Continue on Route 382 for about 15 minutes. As you enter Katsumotocho, look for the signs directing you to Soroku Kofun. Turn onto Katsumotocho Tateishi Higashifure and follow it for about 5 minutes. The kofun is located at 52 Katsumotocho Tateishi Higashifure, which will be on your left. There is parking available nearby.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Soroku Kofun via public transportation, you can take a local bus from Iki Station. Board the bus heading towards Katsumotocho. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Katsumotocho Tateishi stop. From there, walk about 10 minutes east along the road, and you will find Soroku Kofun located at 52 Katsumotocho Tateishi Higashifure. Please note that bus fares are usually around 500 yen one way.
