Car
If you are driving from the center of Iki, take Route 204 south towards the Iki ferry terminal. From there, take the ferry to the mainland. Upon arriving at the mainland, follow signs for Route 2 towards Himeji. After approximately 30 minutes, take the exit for Himeji City Center. Continue on Route 2, then take a left onto Route 372. Follow Route 372 for about 15 minutes until you reach Taiyō Park at 1342-6 Uchikoshi, Himeji, Hyogo 671-2246. There is parking available at the park.
Public Transportation
To get to Taiyō Park using public transport, start by taking a bus from Iki to the Iki ferry terminal. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to the mainland (approximately ¥2,000 one-way). After reaching the mainland, take a train from the ferry terminal to Himeji Station (approximately ¥1,200). From Himeji Station, take a local bus (number 3 or 4) towards Uchikoshi and get off at Taiyō Park stop. The bus fare is around ¥250. The park is a short walk from the bus stop.
