From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line to Hamamatsucho Station (¥90-¥220, 6 minutes). From there, it's a 15-minute walk to Tokyo Tower. Alternatively, take the Mita Subway Line from Otemachi Station to Onarimon Station (¥160-¥190, 22 minutes), followed by a 5-minute walk.
