Car
From the center of Ise Shima, head towards Route 42. Follow the signs for Ago Bay. After approximately 20 minutes, you will see signs for the Yokoyama Observatory Deck. Turn onto the road leading to the observatory. There is a parking area available at the observatory. Note that parking may incur a small fee of around 500 yen.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transport, take the Kintetsu Shima Line from either Iseshi Station or Kashikojima Station. Get off at Ugata Station. From Ugata Station, you can walk to the Yokoyama Observatory Deck, which is approximately a 30-minute walk, or you may find local taxis available at the station. If you opt for a taxi, the fare will be about 1,500 yen.
