Once you reach Tonoshiro, look for signs indicating the Crested Serpent Observatory, which will be on your left. There is parking available near the observatory.
Public Transportation
From Ishigaki Port or any central bus station, take the local bus heading towards Tonoshiro. Buses (such as the No. 3 bus) run regularly and the journey should take about 45 minutes. Get off at the Tonoshiro stop, and from there, you can either walk (approximately 10-15 minutes) towards the observatory or take a taxi for a short ride. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time as routes may vary.
