Car
If you are driving from the center of Izu City, take Route 135 heading south. Follow the signs for Minamiizu and continue on Route 135 until you reach Minamiizu. After about 30 minutes, you will see signs for Hagachizaki Beach. Turn onto Prefectural Road 17 and follow it until you reach the beach parking area. The parking fee is typically around 500 yen for the day.

Public Transportation
From Izu City Station, take the Izu Hakone Railway to Shuzenji Station. From Shuzenji Station, transfer to the Izukyu Corporation Line and take a train heading to Minamiizu Station. Upon arrival at Minamiizu Station, take bus number 27 towards Ihama and get off at the Hagachizaki Beach stop. The bus fare will be approximately 400 yen. Be sure to check the bus schedule, as services may be limited.
