Car
If you are driving, get onto the Izu Skyline from your location in Izu. Follow the signs towards Itō. Once you reach Itō, use Route 135 to head to Futo. Continue on Route 135 until you see the signs for Izu Oceanic Park, located at 841-1 Futo, Itō, Shizuoka 413-0231. There is parking available at the park, but note that there may be a parking fee of around 500 yen.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, start by taking the train from Itō Station, which is accessible via the Tōkaidō Line or the Izu Kyūkō Line. Board the Izu Kyūkō Line train heading towards Izukyu Shimoda. Get off at Futo Station, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. From Futo Station, you can either walk for about 20 minutes to Izu Oceanic Park or take a local bus (check the bus schedule as it may vary). The bus fare is typically around 200 yen.
