If you are driving, head towards Route 136. From central Izu, take Route 136 southbound for about 15 minutes. Look for signs directing you to Toi. To reach Matsubara Park using public transportation, take the Izu Hakone Railway from Izu Station. Board a train heading towards Shuzenji and get off at the Toi Station.
