If you are driving, head towards Route 136. From central Izu, take Route 136 southbound for about 15 minutes. Look for signs directing you to Toi. Once you reach the area of Toi, Matsubara Park is located at 2657-6 Toi, Izu, Shizuoka 410-3302. There is parking available nearby, but please note that parking may incur a small fee depending on the time of year.

To reach Matsubara Park using public transportation, take the Izu Hakone Railway from Izu Station. Board a train heading towards Shuzenji and get off at the Toi Station. The train journey takes approximately 25 minutes. From Toi Station, it's about a 15-minute walk to Matsubara Park.
