Car
From central Izu, head south on Route 1 towards Numazu. After approximately 15 kilometers, take the exit for Route 136 towards Izu City. Follow Route 136 for about 10 kilometers until you reach a junction. Take a left onto Route 17, and continue driving for about 3 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Myotoku-ji Temple, which will be on your right at 234 Ichiyama, Izu, Shizuoka. Parking is available on-site.

Public Transportation
From Izu Station, take the Izu Hakone Railway to Shuzenji Station (approx. 15 minutes, around 300 yen). Once you arrive at Shuzenji Station, transfer to the local bus (Shuzenji Onsen Bus) bound for Izu City. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes and cost around 500 yen. Disembark at the Ichiyama bus stop, which is a short 5-minute walk to Myotoku-ji Temple located at 234 Ichiyama, Izu, Shizuoka.
